Are you having problems with your Aquavital product?

Please clarify the following questions for yourself first:

  • The devices must be installed on the line with the arrows in the direction of flow.
  • It is important that the installation is made before a branch, so that all the water can also flow through Aquavital.
  • Also note that there is no power line near Aquavital.
  • Do they have multiple devices? Are all of them mounted correctly?

As stated in our documentation, on the homepage and also directly on the equipment, we recommend removing Aquavital from the line twice a year for about 24 hours. If you have not done this for a while, disassemble all the equipment for 2-3 days and then continue with the maintenance about every six months.

TIP: Align with the time change and maintain Aquavital when you also change the clocks in your household.

If you have got new water pipes, a new boiler or a new heating system, or if the number of people in the household has changed, it could be that the installation of Aquavital also needs to be adjusted. For this you are welcome to contact us for a consultation.
